Appointments

All appointments are made directly with the counselor, by phone, online, email, or in person. If you plan to use your health insurance, please send a photo / copy of your insurance card, your date of birth, and relationship to cardholder, (if not you) prior to your first appointment.

When appointments are made, you agree to make a sincere effort to keep them. If a problem should arise, please call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance. If this does not occur, you will be responsible for a late cancellation / no show fee of $40.00. Please note that no shows and late cancellations cannot be billed to your insurance provider. Circumstances which are beyond your control, such as illness, and severe weather conditions, are exceptions to this policy.
